If you are interested in continuing forward, we generate a proposal for the feasibility study phase, and a rough estimate of the subsequent permitting work.

Step 2: Feasibility Study

Working with our civil engineering / surveying partners, the local planning department, and your title report, we take a deep dive into all of the applicable regulations, development standards, easements, financial considerations and other factors affecting the feasibility of a lot split on your property. During this phase we work closely with you to create a schematic design of your lot split that minimizes impact on the existing property and maximizes value overall.

Step 3: Permitting

In collaboration with our civil engineering and survey partners, we develop, submit, and process all documentation necessary to permit your lot split. We make every effort to collect the information we need from you in the most efficient and hassle-free manner possible.

Step 4: Sales + Marketing

Once your new lot is created, you are free to hold the lot, sell the lot, or develop the lot in any way you choose! There is zero obligation to sell your new lot through us, but if you need assistance with sales and marketing, we can provide these services.
